DESCRIPTION: This 5-week class series will help you improve your balance through progressive and creative strength-building sequences, core work and focused movement. Options will be offered to ensure a practice that is challenging for your own energy level and to help progressively build your yoga practice. We will integrate postures that stretch the muscles worked. Yoga blocks (or sturdy books) and a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) are often helpful. This practice is good for anyone wanting to improve their balance and strength in a mindful way. Booking the 5-class series guarantees your spot every week! Drop-in bookings are also possible, space permitting.

Keeping Each Other Covid Safe
As of September 22, Ontario residents will need to show proof of full vaccination (having received two doses at least 14 days before entry) along with photo ID in order to access the facility. If you are a signing up for the full series, this will be verified and noted at the September 23 class. Participants will also be actively screened prior to entry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to accommodate this verification.

Please wear a mask until you step onto your yoga mat. You can practice without a mask!

The indoor soccer pitch at DiSalvo Sports allows for generous spacing between mats. 

Parking
There is excellent parking at the rear of the store, accessed off of Anoka St. Please enter through rear doors.
