DESCRIPTION: This class will help you move well, breathe well and progressively build your yoga practice. Hatha Flow continually connects mindful movement and breath to help you stay focused and present. Postures are sequenced so that one flows easily and creatively to the next. We will work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer options so that this practice is truly your own. Yoga blocks (or sturdy books) and a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) can be great tools to make the practice more accessible!

This series is great for anyone who sits all day and/or wants to move in a more mindful way.

Please note that the online class fee is a per-person fee. If you invite a friend or family member to join you online, each person must book and purchase separately.
