DESCRIPTION: This class will be a great way to move and breathe in a mindful way. It will be suitable for just about everyone - whether it&#039;s your first yoga class or you have a longstanding practice. 

Ellen will guide us through seated, standing and lying postures, with mindful and clear instruction to help us focus on breath, movement and alignment. Sign in a few minutes before 9:00 so Ellen can say hi and provide a quick overview. The class will last 45 minutes, including a few minutes in savasana (the &quot;lie on your back and do nothing&quot; pose) at the end. Yoga blocks (or sturdy books), a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) and a blanket can help make the practice more accessible. And of course, feel free to leave your camera off!
