DESCRIPTION: This 6-week series will help you progressively build your yoga practice. Hatha Flow continually connects mindful movement and breath to help you stay focused and present. Postures are sequenced so that one flows easily and creatively to the next. We will work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer options so that this practice is truly your own. Yoga blocks and a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) can be great tools to make the practice more accessible! Some props will be available for use on-site, or purchase your own at www.yogakala.ca/shop.

This series is great for anyone who sits all day and/or wants to move in a more mindful way.

Preference is for full-series registration. Book using the 6-week series pass. Drop-in bookings possible when space permits, using the drop-in class pass, 5-class or 10-class pass.
