DESCRIPTION: This Hatha-based class offers many of the asanas, or postures, you would expect, but with a focus on improving hip mobility, flexibility and strength. We&#039;ll also explore and work other muscles and joints that are important for healthy hip joints and muscles. A variety of approaches will be used including flowing sequences, held postures and yin-like stretches. Each class will be different and offer a variety of options so that this practice is truly your own and that you walk away with happier hips!
