DESCRIPTION: If you do nothing else for yourself this month, do this class! This 90-minute class will be a heavenly combination of restorative yoga accompanied by a healing sound bath. Lei, an "Eastern soul living in Western world", will guide you through a series of restorative poses while immersing the class in the powerful healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums and other instruments. Participants will experience a deep relaxation and energetic healing. Bring a yoga mat, your favourite yoga props and a blanket. Bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided. Cost is $40 + tax. Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your space and to ensure class starts on time. Please provide 24-hour cancellation notice for refund to apply.
