DESCRIPTION: In this workshop we&#039;ll map the muscles of the shoulder girdle with therapy balls, and explore techniques to improve range of motion, strengthen the shoulders and release the tension in your neck after a day hunched over your desk. We&#039;ll work on mobility to access a deeper back bend and reorganize your tissues to increase the power of your workouts.
