Join me at Pushman Park (Albion, near Cahill) to explore work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer lots of variations so that this practice is truly your own. This class is great for just about anyone who wants to move in a more mindful way.
Bring a mat, towel (for under your mat, or for savasana) and any props you'd like.
