DESCRIPTION: The one-hour Hatha yoga class -- graciously offered by OTLBC -- will be held online via Zoom and is suitable for all-levels. The class will offer a variety of postures and movements to work on balance, mobility, focus, and mindful breathing. WHAT DO I NEED?
•	A yoga mat and a device with access to an internet browser. 
•	A (relatively!) quiet place. If it’s nice out, feel free to unroll your mat on your balcony, lawn or deck!
•	Yoga blocks (or sturdy books), a yoga strap (or tie or scarf), and a blanket or sofa cushion can be great tools to make the practice more accessible.

ON THE DAY OF CLASS
•	You will receive another e-mail with the Zoom link and other details, approximately 30 minutes before class. 
•	Sign in 5-10 minutes early so you can be admitted into class for a timely start. For security reasons, only registered participants will be admitted by the Yoga Kāla administrator.
•	When you enter the Zoom session both your camera and your microphone will be turned off. There will be an opportunity to chat after class if you’d like!
•	It’s best to view the class on a laptop, iPad or other tablet, but a phone works too! 
•	You always have the option to leave your camera off or on. In fact, most people leave their cameras off.
