DESCRIPTION: Many of the poses we practice today will challenge the gluteus medius muscles of the hip.  These muscles help to move your leg to the side, away from the body. Expect to practice Quadruped Hip Circles, Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, and Single Leg Bridge.
