The Flow class is for beginners who want to be challenged by fluid transitions and movements through a series of poses and anyone who wishes to improve their balance, mobility and strength. Our goal is to cultivate ease in the body and breath, in order to calm the mind. The class includes:

Breathing Exercises
Beginner-Intermediate Yoga Postures
Joint Mobility and Strength Exercises
Deep Relaxation
Seated Meditation
