Our fun and health benefitting 5-week, Tai Chi Qigong Beginners Course. Gentle, relaxed, slow, smooth and consistent like flowing water or floating clouds, Tai Chi instills calmness in both body and mind.

The practice of Yi Jin Jing (Muscle Tendon Change Classic) is believed to improve organ function and both physical and mental health and wellbeing – consisting of 12 exercises aimed at developing strong flexible muscles and tendons.

Suitable for Complete Beginners, a practice for people of all ages and ability.
