The Taiji Kungfu Fan form (1st routine) is a dynamic and enjoyable fan form that incorporates a wide range of movements from traditional Chinese Kungfu, Taiji, weapons and movements from non-martial sources. Married with a distinctively motivating, energising music created especially for the routine.

The Fan Form is suitable for people of all ages and fitness. It can be performed as either a dynamic martial weapon practice, or performed gracefully as an excellent health exercise. It makes a great alternative to conventional weapons exercises, which may seem intimidating.
