Qigong & Tai Chi Basics Beginners Course (South Furzton Meeting Place)

In this 5-week course we will explore the Five Animals Qigong practice including Tai Chi basics. This form is a sequence of movements that are interwoven with breath and meditation to create strength, vitality and balance. These classes will focus on both the physical aspects of this practice in the postures and breath, but also the mental aspect through meditation, allowing for deeper healing on both levels.

Suitable for Complete Beginners, a practice for people of all ages and ability.
