During this class, you will be invited to unite breath & movement.
You can expect a well rounded practice, where we will focus on the different layers of Yoga; breath work, hand gestures, postures, flow, and a short moment of meditation / mindfulness practice.

You can expect a strong flow, where body & mind become one and where you will be invited to nudge your own boundaries a tiny bit.
