適合所有初學者，較詳細講解每個動作的技巧，當中的vinyasa flow較Level 2慢，其強度亦較溫和。「Ha」是指太陽，「tha」是指月亮，所以Hatha一字有陰陽互配調和意思，當中包括動態和靜態的式子。透過一系列剛柔並重的式子，助你提升柔軟度、身體力量和改善姿勢之餘；同時透過呼吸練習達至身心平衡、心境平和。

Hatha Lv1 concentrates on the practice of postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to energize the body and mind. It&#039;s Vinyasa flow is slower than Hatha Vinyasa Lv2.
This class is suitable for beginner to build strength and improve flexibility.
