DESCRIPTION: Greetings,

I offer unique hatha yoga classes that are not commonly found in the Los Angeles area, nor the rest of the United States. This is not hot yoga. We will perform dynamic movements to warmup the body, followed by strengthening, and passive and/or active stretching.

You do not need prior yoga experience. All levels of yoga are welcomed. Whether you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced, my goal is to get you to the next level. 

Regular classes will be focus around hip opening, back bending, arm balancing, and side bends with twists. 

Come give it a try. It will be unlike any other yoga experience you've ever tried.
