Start the class with essential yoga poses, deep-breathing techniques, and gentle movements and deep-stretching that realign the body and get rid of aches and pains. 

At the end of the class, settle in for a &quot;sound bath&quot; where you can simply lie back, relax, and listen to the soothing harmonies of Himalayan singing bowls and brass and percussion instruments.
