🔸 𝗣𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲 before class proper.

🔸 Yoga is best practiced when you don’t feel full. Try not to eat heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.

🔸 Make sure you’re well-hydrated before hitting the mat.

🔸 Wear workout-friendly clothes you can stretch in.

🔸 All classes are 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 / 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 and 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 to yoga, with 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 for more seasoned practitioners.
