With 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘆

Moving through a series of yoga poses “𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁” at a time, 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 cultivates discipline and awareness of the breath, body, and mind on the mat.

In each class, students practice a 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 called the 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, mastering the fundamentals of form using traditional yoga alignment and movement principles.
