Moving in sync with each breath, learn to 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗵𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 designed to make you stronger, more mobile and flexible, and more in-control of your body and your presence of mind.
