Best-suited for first-timers, beginners, and yogis looking to slow down and unwind, this Gentle Yoga class is designed to put you in a good mood.

Explore what feels good and what works for your practice: learn slow-flowing movements, beginner-friendly yoga poses, and well-rounded sequences set at a mild pace.

𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝟮: This is the ideal, foundational class for becoming familiar with breathwork, proper form and activation, and movement principles in yoga. This class will prepare and empower you to take on more active and athletic styles of yoga, like Vinyasa.
