No yoga experience, no problem! Ideal for 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 and 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗬𝗢𝗚𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗦 is the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 you need to jumpstart your yoga journey.
