🔸 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 allowed in this class. YOGA FLOW is best-suited for consistent or intermediate practitioners. Beginners with prior yoga experience are welcome. Beginner-level participants should be familiar with basic poses, breathwork, and yoga terms.

With 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹

An active, dynamic, and versatile mat practice, Vinyasa Yoga will teach you to move with intention, focus, and grace.

Learn to flow through hybrid yoga sequences designed to make you stronger, more mobile and flexible, and more in-control of your body and your presence of mind.

𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝟮: This level gives you the option to practice intermediate and advanced poses, such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Beginner-level participants may opt out of this intermediate practice, and instead focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with dynamic Vinyasa sequences.

🔸 Reservation required for 𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 (PHP 100 per mat). Message us on Facebook or Instagram at least 𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 to reserve your mat.

🔸 No heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.

🔸 Drink lots of water before going to class.

🔸 Wear workout attire you can stretch in. No footwear required.
