DESCRIPTION: This is an all levels class. The room is heated to allow the body to become more relaxed and increase flexibility. During the 60mins the poses will be connected with the breath for longer holds. This class is designed to avoid any weight bearing poses like planks, side planks, and chataurangas, to give the wrists, elbows, and shoulders a break. You will still sweat and burn calories while gaining strength and detoxing the body. 
Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a mat (or borrow one of ours)  Make sure to hydrate an hour before class and to stay hydrated after class. 
A sweat towel, blocks, and a cool lavender towel in savasana will be provided.
