DESCRIPTION: In conjunction with The Great Wellness Hunt, Yoga Mill is excited to offer a community yoga class.  This class is accessible to everyone, regardless of prior yoga experience or ability.  All are welcome to come explore the community of yoga and find simple postures, breathing techniques and practices to calm the mind.  We are offering this class at a reduced rate and all participants will receive a raffle ticket to The Great Wellness Hunt
