Derived from the Primary Series of Ashtanga, this class will lead you through the Sun Salutations, several standing and balancing poses, as well as a few seated postures. This class emphasizes alignment, breath, and dristi (gaze) to cultivate strength, flexibility, and focus. Open to all levels and experiences with yoga.
