Great for practitioners of all levels, this is an opportunity to deepen your practice of moving your body in nourishing, comfortable ways. We focus on slow, mindful movements. This style of yoga is designed to calm the nervous system, clear your mind and strengthen your sense of balance as you tune into your body and breath.
