Ashley Peterson received her yoga training in Jacksonville, Florida in 2004 and has taught various types of yoga and meditation since then. She completed her 500 hour certification in 2017 and in 2019 she started teaching at Michael Singer’s Temple of the Universe. She considers, Mickey singer to be one of her greatest spiritual teachers and was honored to teach at his temple. Ashley moved to Franklin in the fall of 2021 with her husband , Aidan Russell. They are currently growing a farmstead at the base of Cowee Mountain called Gnome Holler Farm and are the administrators of The Spiritual Light Center in Franklin.
I focus on learning to find peace and relaxation within ourselves using yoga and meditation.
