CLASS PACKAGES
Class packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and cannot be shared.
Refunds and extensions are not available.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY - ***Effective 1/1/25***
Students who cancel a class booking 2 or more hours prior to class time will have their class credit returned to their account. Students who cancel a booked class within 2 hours prior to class time and students who book a class and don’t arrive are considered a late cancel and will forfeit their class credit.
*Sometimes an unexpected absence may occur, please understand that our class cancellation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty.*
WORKSHOPS
Because many workshops sell out and may include purchased materials, workshops are non-refundable or transferable.
ARRIVAL TO CLASS
Please arrive 5-10 prior to the start of class. If you arrive late, please come in quietly and be respectful of others.
If you are brand new to the studio please arrive 15 mins prior to class so we can acquaint you with the space and get you settled.
