The course will start on Monday 4th October and run for 6 weeks.
There will be a gap of one week on 11th October for the October week.

The 45 minute Zoom yoga classes will take place every Monday and Thursday at 8pm.
Dates for each yoga class are outlined below:
Week 1 - 4th, 7th October
Week 2 - 18th, 21st October
Week 3 - 25th, 28th October
Week 4 - 1st, 4th November
Week 5 - 8th, 11th November
Week 6 - 15th, 18th November
[Please note all sales are final and missed classes cannot be transferred.]

I really want to give course participants as much attention as possible to help you feel super prepared and at ease about the upcoming birth of your baby so there are only 12 spots available.

Classes are suitable from 12th week of pregnancy.
