The class is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, fluid and expansive to invigorate you for the day ahead. A vigorous class that will challenge you but leave you feeling physically strong. As with all Natalie's classes, the focus is on alignment and safe placement whilst building strength and flexibility.
A motivating morning class with added abdominal work for that extra bit of core magic. Plenty of time to enjoy each pose and the benefits that each one brings. Practised regularly you will develop strength, balance and flexibility whilst leaving feeling physically strong and content. This is an open level class. Whether a beginner or advanced Yogi this class is a classic. Please bring your own mat.
