This Yoga class caters for all levels and is a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha and Iyengar Yoga. Focus is on alignment and safe placement whilst building strength and flexibility with plenty of time to enjoy each pose and the benefits that each one brings. A slow vinyasa where technique and flow merge. Focus is on the hips/pelvis. Whether you are a gardener, cyclist, runner, desk worker or busy parent this class is suitable for all. This class looks at opening up the body, improving mobility, flexibility whilst balancing it out with strength and supportive postures. Incorporating the use of props later in the class for deeper releases (once restrictions allow Natalie will bring in her lovely Manduka blocks & straps) should you wish to bring your own props to class. Class finishes with a tiny bit of relaxation to rebalance your nervous system to leave you with a sense of calm. Please bring your own mat.
