Health and Wellbeing
Any form of exercise programme should be taken with care. We strongly suggest that you check with your GP/Doctor if you suffer from any health or medical condition that may impact on your ability to undertake exercise. You acknowledge that all exercise involves a risk of personal injury and therefore, agree to take full responsibility for your own body and actions for your health and wellbeing in relation to our Yoga, Pilates, Gyrokinesis and Barre classes. Please inform the teacher of any injury or medical conditions prior to commencing a class/course. We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury caused. If during a class you experience pain, breathlessness or other discomfort you must stop immediately and notify the teacher. Also if pregnant it is advisable to attend a prenatal Yoga Class unless by special arrangement with your teacher. It is also advisable to wait at least 6 week after the birth before resuming exercise.
Classes/Courses
All classes are non refundable and non transferable. All packages hold a validity date please check when booking.
