Iyengar yoga is a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas). The asanas can be adjusted and adapted, often with the help of props to suit the specific needs of each student. This class is therefore accessible for all levels and particularly good for beginners, people with injuries or other preconditions. Prepare to work hard with your body to create relaxation in your mind and leave the class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Note this is an online class only class so the teacher will have total focus on the students online and you will get feedback and corrections.
