Yin yoga is a style of yoga where you hold the postures for longer with the aim to increase flexibility, not working on the muscles but the yin tissues, bones, and fascia. It is an incredibly relaxing way to start the week or end the weekend! It can be challenging but as you slow down you will notice the calmness that comes over you, and it is a great addition to your other yoga practices.We end the practice with Yoga Nidra a sleep meditation and deep relaxation. You will have a great night sleep after this class!
