Iyengar yoga is a form of yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas). This class is for students that have been practicing yoga for 2 years or more.
Note this is an online class that is during a regular studio class ie you join the studio class with an online link. You will see the teacher but not the other students.
