Pranayama is one of the eight limbs of yoga. The practice of pranayama brings us the awareness of our nervous system, we can modify the ritm and length of the breath to adapt any circumstance in our life, In this class we will have 45 min assana and 45 min pranayama, like in any other iyengar class the emphasis is on detail and alignment, alignment of body and breath. This class is suitable for students with 1 year Iyengar practice , if you are in doubt ask your teacher for more information.
