Description
A slow paced "ooey gooey" class designed to encourage deep release of tension through passive stretches held for 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga explores postures that lengthen and stretch the tissues with the support of props and deep breathing, facilitating greater range of motion and flexibility. This deeply relaxing class will help you to unwind and prepare for a calm, gentle evening. The room is warm due to standing temperatures from previous class, but heat is not added and windows are open as permitted (~85ºF)
