Description
Hot and Slow classes are great for those who want to experience heat at a slower pace. These classes have few to no vinyasas making them ideal for shoulder recovery and/or difficulty transitioning from the floor to standing. Inspired by classic sequences recognized in Ashtanga, Bikram, and Hatha styles, poses are held for several breaths without flowing transitions, making this a great place to get to know poses or refine alignment. The slower pace offers a challenging, meditative component with ample time to feel each shape develop with breath. All levels welcome.
