Join Sonia for this special monthly offering!! Born from the Barkan Method of hot yoga, this class will practice the traditional 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises over the course of 90 minutes. We will begin with a vinyasa flow to warm up the body, then move into standing deep breathing, the 26 poses, Kapalbhati breathing, and finish with a deep rest in savasana. The room will be heated to 105 degrees with 30-40% humidity. Students are encouraged to participate to their ability with variations provided and breaks welcome. Water is also welcome during class but we highly suggest coming hydrated!
