POP Pilates is a combination of ab chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to music!

Not only will you strengthen and tone your core, but you will also workout every other area of your body and improve your posture and flexibility.

Bring a mat and a water. Mats available if needed. Come early to settle in :) Mill Creek Centers Building. Suite #110 on the first floor. Park in the south lot and enter the east side lobby facing Turner St.

This type of workout requires no socks or shoes.
