It's a busy time of year, recharge your battery with a time of rest and self-care. This practice will set you on path for a less-stressful week. Poses without movement or muscles activation, incorporating bolsters, blankets, eye pillows. Poses will be a restful 10-15 minutes in length to allow the body to fully surrender.
Perfect session for grief, healing, trauma and self care.
All props included.
Limit 10 students. MUST RSVP.
