Dear Yogini's and Yogi's
I will be in 5 to 10min early ;)
There's a waiting room so you can setup.
So ;) Please be setup as much as possible..
Its always handy to give yourself extra time to breath.
Eating and drinking is the same as is in Shala or gym during practice only
if needed by diet or medical reasons
no heavy foods 2hrs prior practice as no drinking 30min prior practice
(unless medical detox spiritual etc traditions are followed)
You are practicing at home as own risk so please be careful.
Its always about the breath the rest will follow.
