Pero también, invitamos a todos los que estén aprendiendo español o que en el pasado lo hablaron y quieren practicarlo de nuevo desde un ambiente de Yoga. Ven y conéctate contigo y con otros hispanohablantes!.
Practicaremos una clase de Hatha Yoga, para todos los niveles, con o sin experiencia.

Do you feel the difference in your feelings between communicating in Spanish and when you talk in another language? We know it feels different, so we want to start Yoga in Spanish to help you to connect with yourself from your native language. Also, we invite everyone who is learning Spanish or who spoke it in the past and wants to practice it again from a Yoga environment. Come and connect with yourself and with other Spanish-speakers!
We will practice Hatha Yoga, all levels, with or without previous experience.
