DESCRIPTION: Movement is Magic for the Body! In this 90 minute class we will start with sitting in circle sharing whatever is needed to be shared, or just hold space for others if sharing is not for you. We will then start with slow, gentle movement, gradually increasing into fun, energetics moves that will let you release and let go! It’s a fun energetic class for bringing women together. We will laugh, move and hold space for one another.
