DESCRIPTION: In this one hour class,Bea Will guide you through her own hybrid style of yoga. She will include breathing practices to encourage healthy, lungs, yoga movement, including both holding postures along with flowing exciting movement to help and strengthening the body. Also included in most classes are balanced postures for stability back and core strength. Add some slow Pilates type floor movements and you have. Breathe…Move…Rest
Class will end with a peaceful Sivas to include an inspirational reading or meditation, and possibly sound therapy occasionally
