We will begin with Settling the Mind and various styles of Breathwork, followed by Beas Style of Slow to Flow Movement including asanas on the floor to standing to balancing and work our way back to the floor finishing in Savasana. We end with an Inspirational Reading to carry us thru the day or week. 
Any Body Any Level  can do this class, modifications are always given.
