DESCRIPTION: In this one hour class, Bee will guide you through her own hybrid style of yoga. She will include breathing practices to encourage healthy, lungs, yoga movement, including both holding postures along with flow, exciting movement to help and strengthening the body. Also included in most classes are balance postures for stability back and core strength. Add in some slow Pilates type floor movements and you have Breathe…Move…Rest.
Class will end with a peaceful Chasan to include an inspirational reading or meditation, and possibly sound therapy occasionally.
Class is one hour
All level students
