Moving into  Slow Gentle motion , incorporating holding Easeful postures along with slow movement to release tension. In this class , we slowly Flow though various seated asanas (poses) connecting each pose with the breath. Please Note : This entire class is on the Seated on the Floor. Great class for those New students, Pre and Post Natal Women, Recovering from Injuries Physically challenged  or the Experienced Yogi wanting a Slow moving class.
